Overview
Our refund and returns policy is strictly limited to defective or damaged products. Because our mats are custom-printed and categorized under home board games, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or general returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or damaged upon arrival. You must notify us and initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your product or within 30 days of placing your order, whichever period is shorter.
Refund Eligibility & Exclusions
We do not offer refunds unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or damage occurred during initial shipping.
- Discounted Items: Any items purchased using a discount code, promotional offer, or sale price are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
- Condition: To complete a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective mat for the same item, send us an email at support@kingvegasprints.com with photographic evidence of the defect.
Shipping Your Return
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping costs paid at the time of order are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your credit.
- International Shipping: For international returns, you are responsible for ensuring the item clears customs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. Processing times can vary.
